Blend 1/2 cup tea leaves, 3/4 cup sugar, 9–10 cardamoms, and 1/2 tsp ginger powder in a mixer jar.

Close the lid of the mixer jar and grind everything into a fine powder.

Now strain the powder using a tea strainer, mix in 1 cup milk powder, and store it in an airtight container.

Your tea premix is ready—just add a spoonful to a cup, pour hot water, mix well, and enjoy!
